One Medical in Pearland Texas opened their doors in the Summer of 2022.  One Medical has partnered with RWFS on several projects throughout Texas (DFW & Houston) and when it came time for this San Francisco based company to expand into Texas, RWFS got the call.

RWFS performed a new build for this 7,000 square foot space without issues.  This 16 week project was turned over successfully to the client on time and on budget.
