Pei Wei Fresh Kitchen found a great location in northern San Antonio, Tx for this project.  When it came time to find a great General Contractor, they put their feelers out and found a few good GCs to submit proposals.  We came out on top by analyzing the scope of work and generating an accurate price that Pei Wei recognized as being spot on. We were selected to construct this new location and did so within a 9 week schedule.

We successfully turned over the store in September 2016.
